Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AI Tales mobile application ("Service"), operated by Dmytro Ishchenko ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using AI Tales on iOS or Android, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use AI Tales for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the app;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code;
• Remove copyright or trademark notices;
• Use the Service for unlawful or harmful purposes.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.

4. AI-Generated Content

AI Tales generates interactive story content using artificial intelligence systems. Content is generated automatically based on user input.

• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or fictional.
• The Service is provided for entertainment purposes.
• You are responsible for how you use or interpret generated content.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI outputs.

We reserve the right to moderate or remove content that violates laws or these Terms.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create within the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process and store it solely for operating and improving the Service.

You agree not to submit unlawful, abusive, harmful, or infringing content.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase. Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple or Google account settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third-party services such as:

• Google Play Services
• Apple App Store
• Firebase

8. Availability and Updates

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

Dmytro Ishchenko shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities;
• Service interruptions or technical failures;
• Reliance on AI-generated content.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your country of residence, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date accordingly. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
