Content Policy

AI Tales is designed to provide creative, entertaining, and positive storytelling experiences. To ensure a safe environment for all users, we prohibit certain types of content. This policy applies to user inputs, AI-generated outputs, and shared content within the Service.

1. Hateful or Discriminatory Content

The Service must not be used to generate or share content that:

• Attacks or degrades individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics;
• Promotes discrimination, exclusion, or segregation;
• Encourages harassment or abuse.

Fictional conflicts in fantasy settings (e.g., imaginary species in a fictional world) are permitted provided they do not target real-world protected groups.

2. Extremism and Violence

Stories may include fictional conflict or action elements. However, the Service must not be used to:

• Promote or glorify violent extremism;
• Support terrorist organizations or extremist ideologies;
• Encourage real-world violence against individuals or groups.

3. Self-Harm and Suicide

Content that promotes, glorifies, or encourages self-harm or suicide is strictly prohibited.

4. Sexual Content

AI Tales is not intended for explicit adult content.

The following is prohibited:

• Explicit sexual acts or graphic descriptions of sexual activity;
• Sexual violence or coercion;
• Sexual content involving minors;
• Pornographic material.

Non-explicit romantic themes may be allowed where appropriate and compliant with platform guidelines.

5. Illegal or Harmful Content

You may not use the Service to generate or distribute content that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation;
• Infringes intellectual property rights;
• Promotes illegal activities;
• Violates privacy or personal rights of others.

6. AI Safeguards and Enforcement

AI Tales uses automated moderation systems and safeguards to reduce the likelihood of generating prohibited content. However, AI systems are not perfect.

We reserve the right to:

• Remove or block prohibited content;
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy;
• Restrict access to certain features;
• Cooperate with law enforcement when legally required.
